Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is excited to announce the start of our 30th Annual Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Awareness, Student Poster Contest. The fact that this contest has been continued for 30 years is a true testament to how much each school’s participation is vital to the success of our contest! This contest encourages students to value healthy lifestyles and think about the consequences of substance use. All elementary and middle school students in grades K-8 in Delaware County are invited to submit posters discouraging Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug use (ATOD).
We believe this project helps to teach our youth that making positive choices is important for overall health and wellness. We hope to see every school listed in the “participating schools” section of the 2019 calendar and we look forward to receiving your students’ artwork! The submission deadline is Friday, March 2nd, 2018. Entries may be submitted at any time between now and the deadline.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone at 484-444-0412 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
